For the 3rd consecutiove year FSC's quality ISO9001-2000 management system receives certification by Bureau Veritas Certification. FSC's quality management system cover´s all of the companies processes and since its inception has been continously given full certification with no non conformities whatsoever by our external auditors. FSC is plkeased to announce that our quality system continues to be a corner stone of the company. The results of this emphasis on quality has contributed substantially to the companies results over the past 3 years and we are plkeased to announce a marked improvement in customer satisfaction over the same period of time.
